It was a beautiful day for beer drinking and Rock N' Roll!

I'm happy to report that i95's Third Annual CT on Tap was an outstanding success this past Saturday at The Ives Concert Park. From Superfuzz Moonlight Amber Ale to Misty Mountain Watermelon to Lizard Breath IPA, beer lovers came from the tri-state area to sample their asses off!

A huge thanks to the owners of the Bull and Barrel Brew Pub in Brewster, Rick and Wendy for expertly crafting special brews for both Lou and I, which were available to sample at CT on Tap, and available now in the tap room at Bull and Barrel. My E-Brew was a delicate combination of mango and honey whiskey, which weighed in with an alcohol content of 7.8%, and far exceeded my expectations. The Lou Brew was a summery, citrusy, girlie kind of beer with a wimpy 4.3% alcohol content. When all the votes were counted in the Ethan and Lou Beer-Off, it was no surprise that beer fans voted in favor of my E-Brew by a 67% to 33% margin. Does anybody know where Lou can rent a cow costume?
