Verdi Restaurant and Bar Opens in Waterbury

"The Hills" Restaurant at Western Hills Golf Course is long gone

Long live Verdi Restaurant! I wrote an article about the Hills Restaurant closing back in June, which you can read by clicking HERE. 

Connecticut State Representative Anthony D'Amelio (R-71) closed his popular restaurant Paisano's on Meriden Road in Waterbury this Summer in order to open his new venture Verdi Restaurant. Well, good news! Verdi is now open and serving up delicious meals.

I looked through their menu on the website, which you too by clicking HERE, and I'm drooling on the keyboard. Calamari, PEI Mussels, Mushroom Risotto, Pasta Alla Vodka, Bone-In Ribeye, and plenty of Italian flair are featured.

Verdi is also available for functions, weddings, banquets, etc. Verdi Restaurant is located on the grounds of Western Hills Golf Course at 660 Park Road in Waterbury. Good luck Mr. D'Amelio! You're my wife's favorite representative, and soon to be chef sir!
