On Saturday, January 28 at the Matrix Conference and Banquet Center in Danbury, I-95 rolls out the 3rd Annual Connecticut Wing Fest. Yes, I agree that last year's Wing Fest was packed to the rafters with rabid wing eaters. This year, I-95 breaks the Wing Fest down into two sessions, from 1 to 4pm and then 6 to 9pm.
