Just when you think you've heard everything, 5,000 live chickens are involved in a nasty rollover.

According to wfsb.com, the tractor-trailer was traveling eastbound on I-84 in the Southbury area around exit 13 when Connecticut State Police got word of the accident at 6:30 am on Saturday morning.

The cause of the accident is under investigation by state police and reports say that a considerable amount of those live chickens were killed in the crash. The driver suffered only minor injuries and traffic delays were still being reported at 8:30 am due to a fuel leak caused by the accident and rubber-chicking from drivers traveling I-84 westbound.
