The Market Place is an unexpected gem in Danbury. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family who have had the same experience as myself. If you are thinking about a place to take a date or just looking for an awesome night out (they have a hoppin’ bar), here is your answer. Thank me later. -J H – New Milford, CT

Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! It was was juicy and incredibly -flavorful…tastes like the grass fed quality you would expect! Even the tomato on top was delicious! Will definitely be back!! – MG Danbury, CT
Delicious burgers n shakes! Their root beer soooo good. This is where you want to go on a hot summer’s day for an ice cold root beer. -Enaj N. Danbury, CT
My go-to for a great burger is the social burger. A simple burger but executed perfectly. Their shoestring and zucchini fries are great, as well as the jicama cole slaw that accompanies the burgers. Usually good beer on tap as well. -Frank V. Danbury, CT
Great bar/restaurant that is located right on the Connecticut/New York border. Be unique friendly atmosphere with exceptionally good food for a bar. I suggest the stuff blue cheeseburger, the filet mignon sliders and or the lobster sliders… All these come with curly frieswhich are delicious. Incredibly friendly staff makes you feel right at home. FYI… Their key lime pie is on Fleek.com -Shawn P. Phoenix, AZ
Widow Browns Cafe
I have not been to this restaurant since 1984 and it was great to be there during their celebration period our food was excellent and the Monte Cristo was exactly as I remembered it. I do miss the potato salad that was one of the reasons for going there. Stefani H. Pompano Beach, FL

Bacon Jalapeño Mac and Cheese and Blarney Stones a must! Good music, chill atmosphere, friendly staff and craft beers. -Lee S. Brookfield, CT
121 Restaurant & Bar
Easily one of the best restaurants in Westchester, Putnam and beyond! I’ve never had a bad meal here – food or service wise. Adorable garden/porch dining but their main dining room is my favorite. Those chairs! I could relax in them all night. I try to get something different each time I visit but when in season, the lobster roll is the best thing south of New England. Huge portion, fantastic quality of lobster meat and the price is right. 121 seems to have a fiercely loyal crowd, it’s always packed for dinner and drinks. I will be back again and again! -Colleen M. Bedford, NY
Love Five Guys. Fresh tasty food and good service. Free peanuts. This location doesn’t have a Freestyle fountain or milkshakes. Lots of topping options. Everything made to order. If I have a choice of any other fast food burger and Five Guys, I’ll take Five Guys every time. Also they are the only place in my area that serves Mr. Pibb. -Roger S. Bridgeport, CT
What can I say that has not already been said.
Great service, great meals that are the right size and a never ending menu.
In a reversal of predicted ordering I got the Thai chicken salad and the wife got the BBQ bacon burger.
Needless to say the salad was enormous and very good as was the burger.
Great overall value and selections. -Joseph F. Newtown, CT
