Today is National Stress Awareness Day, and health experts are encouraging people to deal with the stress they have in their life.

The Public Health Agency is specifically calling on employers to help employees deal with stress at work. I'm hopeful that your employer acts accordingly. 

Long work hours, lengthy commutes, high demands and being constantly connected to mobile devices are all contributors to workplace stress. Since I experience all of that, I found the info from Minding Your Head to be very helpful. I hope it helps you too!
