I don't care what you say!

I've been looking at it now for three plus hours waiting for a "Where's Waldo" moment and it ain't coming.

THIS. DRESS. IS. WHITE. AND. GOLD. (calm deliberate voice)

Pam Brooks who does the news for me on the Ethan and Lou show says that the actual dress if you go to the companies website is not only clearly black and blue but listed as black and blue.

That is fine by me.  My real issue is that the original photo that the woman took and put on Tumblr appears to be white and gold.  That I think is the operative word I should use for my argument.

APPEARS.

That is what we are all arguing about are the colors in the photo not the colors on the actual dress if  you held it in your hand.  That is another good term for my argument:

THE ACTUAL COLORS IN THE PHOTO.

That is the frustrating part as we all argue this some people are hung up on the facts about the dress if you were to purchase it but what we are really are all talking about is what our eyes show us in the original photo and unless you are colorblind that dress is white (possibly off-white) and gold.

Listen, I had no intention of participating in the nonsense originally, but when I saw people making a case for white and gold taking a beating I had to step in.

I cannot watch a bully do his thing and not come to the rescue.

So the facts are:

  • The actual dress if you purchased it and held it in your hand is blue and black.
  • The colors in the original viral photo are off-white and gold.
  • America is in trouble cause we are all arguing about a dress.
  • I love to argue about crap.
