Things Are Going Well For The Yankees So Far … NOT [VIDEO]

I know, I know, it's only one game.

But, not only did the Yankees get spanked by the Blue Jays yesterday in their opener, fans also had to deal with incredibly long lines to get into the stadium thanks to new security procedures, and then there was this.

A fan tried to throw an Edwin Encarnacion home run ball back onto the field.  Let's just say this lady won't be recruited to replace Derek Jeter anytime soon.

Either way it was fun to have baseball back.  While I was on the air yesterday I had the Yankees on TV, the Red Sox on the MLB Gameday website, and switched over to the Mets in the 4:00 hour.  It's a welcome sign of Spring and it was also great baseball weather.  Here's to an awesome season no matter which team you follow! (But especially if it's the Sox.)
