In no way am I kidding when I say with certainty that Ethan and I would have done a better job defending the White House than the Secret Service did.

I swear it, I know it.  Ethan and I would have seen the guy and stopped him and the fact that one of the most "elite group of men" in the world did not do a great job is terrifying.

The front frigging door was open?  What is this a bed and breakfast?

Do they have a screen door too?  Why were the alarms off?  Oh they annoyed the staff.  Well that makes sense, oh no it does not.  Might be time for a new staff.

I'm calling bogus all the way around.  Pam made the point on the air that there is a fine line to walk because it's not just the home of the President but a public house and facility that belongs to the American people.  Well, no offense to Pam but that is a cute pipe dream and on paper might be true but from a pragmatic realistic standpoint it's NOT THAT AT ALL.  No matter what you think of our President, he is our President and needs to be protected at all cost.  Even if you hate his guts he and his safety are a HUGE priority.  He's a symbol, not a man.  If you don't believe that your being naïve.  The rest of the world that hates us views this breach as a success for terror, they see vulnerability at the top which means we are vulnerable.

This is embarrassing.  I'm also shocked that they were touting the restraint of the Secret Service when they did apprehend the guy.  I don't want restraint.

It's the President.  Let's call:  "Threat level Midnight" or whatever the hell they call it and shoot the guy on site.

This country is messed up enough, we don't need to have a Presidential funeral.  That's my first and last political statement of the year.  Thank you and goodnight.  Tip your wait staff they work hard.
