U.S. News and World Reports just released its best high school rankings of 2015. The report reviewed 29,070 high schools across the United States and 58 Connecticut schools made the rankings.

Of the 193 Connecticut high schools reviewed:

  • Pomperaug Regional High was ranked 25th
  • Brookfield High was ranked 21st
  • New Caanan High was ranked 15th
  • Joel Barlow High School in Redding came in at number 13
  • Ridgefield High was ranked 11th

Here are the Top 10 ranked high schools in Connecticut:

1. Connecticut International Baccalaureate Academy.....East Hartford

2. Amistad Academy....New Haven

3.Academy of Aerospace and Engineering....Hartford

4. Conrad High School....West Hartford

5. Weston High School....Weston

6. Simsbury High School....Simsbury

7. Staples High School....Westport

8. Darien High School....Darien

9. Wilton High School....Wilton

10. Farmington High School....Farmington
