I've been cooking bacon since the 70s, I know what I'm doing.

What you have to do to cook perfect bacon is..keep it moving!

- Don't let it sit there and burn, flip it every :30 - :60 seconds!

- And my second tip? Take it out of the pan when it looks "almost" done. Don't wait until it gets too brown.
