It may be sad to say, but my longest standing committed relationship is with Ethan. This morning, we realized that today was the nine year anniversary of the Ethan and Lou show. Him and I discussed our favorite moments from the last nine years, and we both had many of the same answers.

Our trip to Antigua with some of our listeners was right at the top of the list. We both loved getting to interview David Crosby on multiple occasions. Then, there was the time I forgot we were supposed to interview David Crosby over the phone and I left to get cigarettes, Ethan had to do it by himself. There was the time we had the naked lady in the studio and it brought the show to a screeching halt because we were not sure what to do or say once she got naked. There have been a lot of good memories.

Here is the time Ethan stole my gangster rapper hat:

We started a band with Intern Jimmy Hendrix. The band was named Squirt Russell. We broke up after six hours due to creative differences.

The time we had a TV shoot with a local production company. I thought it would be appropriate to make this face on camera. Others disagreed.

The time I met Erica. Yep, she's my wife now, but I met her years ago in the studio when she was a promotional model. This is back when she used to think I was funny. I asked her to spank me. She really did not want to, but she did it anyway.

The time I was all dressed up for a court appearance and we stood like this for some reason.

The time Rowdy Roddy Piper choked me out in studio.

There have been many laughs in nine years, and only one fight. That is the truth. People seem to be curious about how we get along off the air. I don't know if people believe me when I say that we are true friends and both respect one another, but that is the truth. In the nine years, we have seen a lot of people in our business and our lives come and go. The constant has been each other and the job we both love.
