The Danbury Whalers Fight For First

The Danbury Whalers eliminated any playoff hopes for the Danville Dashers last night at the Danbury Ice Arena by beating the Dashers 5-2. The tone of the game was set 39 seconds into the first period, when Andy Willock connected for his 8th goal of the season. With the win last night, the Whalers kept pace with the Dayton Demonz in the battle for first place. The Whalers face off tonight against the Demonz  at 7:35pm on home ice. Last night, Lou, Pam, and I brought along a bunch of I-95 listeners to sit in the infamous Section 102......... Enjoy the photos!!
