Thumbs up or down? Would you take the family on this trip?

I do not do horror films. Never, ever. Frankly, they scare the beejesus out of me. I know that is the point, but it's not for me.

While I'm sure I'm not alone in this feeling, I'm pretty sure I am in the minority. I'm also aware that The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is an all time classic.

So, if horror movie classics fill you with glee, then the idea of a road trip to Bastrop, Texas should make you jump for joy. According to an article in thterrortime.com, some time this summer you'll able to stay at the set used for the 1974 horror classic The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Tom Holland's Terror Times reports that cabins are being built on the property used in the film.

Nothing quite says classic horror film moments like a barbecue restaurant manned by a cannibal cook who turns customers onto - wait, check that - into great eats! Austin.Eater.com, is reporting that a BBQ joint will be opened on the spot too.

I might have to rethink my summer vacation! I do really, really love me some tasty BBQ.
