Here on the I-95 Morning Show, we do our best to support the live music scene in our local area by inviting up and coming local musicians into our studios to play a song or two. One of our most notable studio guests has been Michael DelGuidice, the front man for the Billy Joel tribute band, Big Shot, who is now a part of Billy Joel's touring band.

Two years ago during our annual three day food drive..."Camping For Cans", Michael along with Billy Joel's guitarist, Tommy Byrne, came by to perform a couple of tunes to help raise awareness for the cause. Check out their version of Sting's "Roxanne!" played live from inside our RV!

Recently we invited Singer/Songwriter, Pete Herger( http://peteherger.com) and his percussionist to come on in and play a tune to promote their upcoming gig at a local club. Living in southern New England and an hour out of New York City, we're in an area that's ripe for all types of live local music. If you're a music lover like all of us here at I-95, we encourage you to get out and support your favorite live musicians now's the time to get out and experience live music. Not to worry, Candy Crush will still be waiting when you get home.
