Stop by and Check Out Mima’s Meatballs & More in Danbury Fair

They're not coming soon, they're open now! 

You've probably known about Mima's Meatballs & More for awhile. The main restaurant is located at 18 Mill Plain Road in Danbury, and they've serve up delicious food! I know Rob, the owner of Mima's, from their appearances at the i95 events we throw around the city of Danbury. Great guy, great food.

As I was hobbling around Danbury Fair recently, I noticed this sign in a vacant slot in the food court. I confess, this happened a few weeks ago, because right now Mrs. Large has informed me that Mima's is now open in the food court. Obviously, the house specialty is their signature meatballs, which are incredible, but Mima's also serves up great salads, soups, sliders, wedges, fried dough, and desserts.

It takes a lot of hard work and great food to stand up to the national food competition that is next to them in the Danbury Fair. Congratulations Rob! I highly recommend you stop in and check out what they're serving up at Mima's Meatballs & More, now open in the Danbury Fair food court.
