Spring=Driving Insanity

Must the nicer weather put more idiots on the road????
Doesn't it seem to you that when the weather gets nicer the drivers get more crazy? In the last week I've had someone pull right out in front of me-thanks for the almost crash buddy-truth be told,that isn't a "seasonal" thing,just a dumb ass thing!!!! But it does seem that when the weather starts to get nicer the phenomenon of what I like to call "the strolling driver" happens.You know-people driving like they are taking a lovely stroll!! Here's a thought-get to where you are going-and then get out for a stroll!!! Add to that,there just seems to be so many more people on the highway-are ALL of the snowbirds back????? I'm sure there is a survey of driving somewhere that has an explanation...but I need to get to my happy place NOW..please get out of my way!
