The ladies called it a 'day spa' but undercover cops found out there were other services on the 'spa menu.'  From a story found in the 'Peekskill-Cortlandt Patch,' after a lengthy investigation, undercover State Police officers have tracked down some hanky panky going on at a so-called 'day spa' at 2153 Albany Post Road in the Montrose section of Cortlandt.

Neighbors tipped off police and undercover State Police assets sprang into action. What they didn't find were reputable 'Massage Therapist Diplomas' hanging on the wall. What they did find were 2 spa employees giving massages without a license while charging extra for 'specialty items' if you know what I mean.

Two women, both from Brooklyn, were charged with one count of unlawful possession of a practice, one count of criminal nuisance, and prostitution, a Class B misdemeanor.

Believe it or not, this investigation is ongoing with the possibility of more arrests being made. As a concerned citizen, should you have any further information of lewd or lascivious behavior happening in your neighborhood, call the State Police at 914-737-7171 or via email at crimetip@troopers.ny.gov.

The two amateur massage therapists were remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bond which is not a happy ending for these women from Brooklyn.
