SMH News – Woman Bites Macy’s Employee Over Michael Kors Bag Price; Man Steals Car, Runs out of Gas

As we all know, designer bags come with a heavy price tag. Though many people would just walk away from the over priced bag, one woman decided to take matters into her own … mouth.
NBC Connecticut reports, after shopping around in a Macy’s located in Northern California, 42 year-old Anh Nguyen became enraged by the price of a Michael Kors handbag.
Nguyen threw herself on the floor while screaming at the employees and when the loss prevention officers arrived; Nguyen allegedly bit and scratched the leg of an officer. She was arrested on assault and battery charges and the officer was treated at the store.
Police arrested 26-year-old Cristian Ostorio last Friday after he got lost and ended up on the side of Route 33 in Plainfield, Pennsylvania while driving his car … or so police thought.
Huffington Post reports that when a state trooper tried to help the lost driver, he discovered that Osorio had stolen the car the night before from Queens, took a wrong turn, and got lost. Thinking his plan couldn’t get any worse; Osorio must have been surprised to find out that the car ran out of gas during his getaway trip.
Osorio was arrested by the trooper and held on a $15,000 bail.
Joshua Vanleeuwen, 36, and Lucy Demmerle, 27, apparently got “too caught up in the moment” last Friday in the parking lot of a restaurant in downtown Norwalk.
CTpost.com reports, the couple was seen having sex in their vehicle, naked from the waist down, by the customers walking to their cars after leaving the restaurant. After many complaints, employees at the Colony Grill called police and the couple were both issued disturbance infractions. Next time, I think they might stay home.
