What prompted this Pam - you ask?

Every day I find myself exhausted enough to sleep like the dead in the afternoon, but come night time my body is having none of it!

Even when I do fall asleep at night you'd think I would, again, sleep like the dead. But NOPE. I RARELY sleep the night through.

So, I've done the dangerous thing of checking out WebMD.

Oh boy, am I in trouble.

"Stresses of Daily Life" ( uh-oh )  Unrecognized sleep disorders. ( uh-oh, more stress ) Insomnia Slide Show ( yikes ) and 13 pages of foods that help or harm your sleep. 

And all of that is just the tip of the iceberg! 

I haven't quite decided yet whether I'll keep reading. I sure do know it's not got a chance in hell of putting me to sleep.
