Various bomb threats have been reportedly directed toward several different Connecticut communities.

According to the Connecticut State Police, three separate bomb threats have been reported in different communities causing the evacuation of Griswold Elementary School at 1:10 this afternoon. The Emergency Services Unit has been called to the school and is conducting an investigation.

Suspicious emails have been sent to the National Shooting Association in Newtown, the Seybridge Plaza in the town of Seymour, two office buildings in Bloomfield along with the Bristol Senior Center. State Police are reporting that they have their Cyber Crimes Investigative Unit and the Connecticut Intelligence Center at work looking into the source of the emails.
