Santa Sets Tour Dates For New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley Region

The Santa Claus Have Sleigh Will Travel World Tour is underway and I've been given his tour dates for the Greater Brewster Southeast region.

Thanks to Southeast Patch, I've been handed the Fat Man's tour schedule for the Mid-Hudson Valley over the next couple of weeks. "Gather up the kids granny, Santa's coming to town"! Mr. Claus has handed over his daily responsibilities to his head elf, Bernard so he can meet the good little boys and girls around the world. Here's his itinerary for the Mid-Hudson Valley.

* Breakfast with Santa - On Sunday, December 4, kids and adults can join Santa for breakfast at the Centennial Golf Course from 10am until noon. Tickets are $18 for adults and $10 for kids. Call 845-225-5700 ext. 855 to reserve your spot.

* Lake Carmel Tree Lighting - On Sunday, December 4, Santa will arrive at the north end of Lake Carmel near Champlain Drive as the guest of honor to light the Christmas Tree. The merrymaking gets underway at 4:30pm where free refreshments will be available along with cute treats for the children.

* Holiday on Lake Carmel - This Thursday, December 1, Carmel presents its 18th Annual Holiday on the Lake with Santa. Activities include reading with Santa at 1pm and the Parade of Lights which includes 50 different floats parading along Rt. 52.

* A Night at the North Pole - Saturday night, December 10 from 6 until 10pm, the Crowne Plaza in Danbury will magically be transformed into the North Pole with games, a penguin pool party and overnight stay with the family. * Santa in Peekskill - The Paramount Hudson Valley hosts the Third Annual Toy-Give-A-Way on Saturday, December 10 from 10am until 12:30pm. Admission is free and will include refreshments. The Paramount will be showing holiday cartoons on their big screen and Santa will be there in person to greet the kids.
