On April 6th, not knowing where else to turn, Marianne Gonzalez sent me a private message on Facebook that read, "My family and I are desperate. Because of loss of jobs and no work, my husband and I fell behind on our rent and are now facing eviction. We have 3 children and four dogs and really don't have enough money to move into a new living situation. My car needed repairs to the tune of $2,500. It has been repaired but sits at the mechanics because I don't have the money to pick it up."

The Gonzalez family has started a GoFundMe page to help them gather enough money to avoid being evicted, plus they have no place to go. If you can find it in your heart to help this family out, please go to GoFundMe.

I received this message from Marianne one hour ago, "Our situation has gone from bad to worse. Our court date is scheduled for April 13th. We've asked for a continuance but was told by Statewide Legal Services, it may only be one week and then we'll have 5 days to vacate the premises. This is too much for me to handle plus I've been sick since the end of January. I just want to disappear...don't know where to turn now."

If you can help the Gonzalez family, please go to their GoFundMe page.
