Whether you want the butter dripping down your chin or cold with a hint of mayo, summer is the time for lobster lovers.

Raise your hand if you are a lobster lover! Both of mine are up. And while I sure don't mind making them at home, it's great to go out and enjoy a new, destined to be hotspot, in Connecticut.

Enter the Boothbay Lobster Company. While they have had a thriving food truck business (you can even request the truck for a variety of events at boothbaylobster.com) they will be opening a place indoors as well.

According to a story at CTBites.com, the owners were anxious to bring the seaside Maine Lobster Shack experience inside. They are slated to open the week of July 26 in Stamford at 14 Harbor Point Road. The menu at Boothbay Lobster Company offers up exactly what you want when you head out for lobster. One of the partners, Willie Craig, told CTBites.com:

Wicked Fresh is our pledge.  Let’s call it Fast Fine Food

Sounds totally delish to me. Wishing them all the luck in the world, and buttery fingers too!
