I think I've heard it all now.

A 74-year-old Connecticut man was arrested Monday after police say that he damaged a bunch of books at the Barnes and Noble store in Glastonbury, CT, according to the Hartford Courant.

These weren’t your run-of-the-mill books. They were copies of Kim Kardashian West's coffee table book, Selfish. The book that features "selfies" of Kim and her family.

Carl Puia, from Glastonbury, CT was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, as he allegedly poured some kind of red liquid on the books in a display, and the act was caught on a security camera, according to police.

Apparently, the crime happened way back in October, and TMZ tells us that police were not even on the lookout for Puia, but he turned himself in for vandalizing the display in the store, and is currently out of jail. The court did not require him to post bail.

According to reports, in addition to being accused of damaging the books, Puia wrote a long note to Barnes and Noble employees detailing how the bookstore will sell anything for money, as well as his thoughts regarding the Kardashians.

I’ll bet he doesn’t buy his clothes at Dash -- the Kardashian family boutique -- and I’m thinking he doesn’t want to "Keep up with the Kardashians" either.
