Picklelicious Pickle-on-a-Stick Pops Up in Peekskill

A Leonia NJ., woman with a penchant for pickles has opened a store in Peekskill.

From the Putnam Daily Voice comes the good news that Picklelicious owner Robin Samra, who opened her first Pickelicious shop in New York City in 1995, has expanded to Taco Dive Bar in Peekskill. The original Pickelicious moved to Teaneck, NJ. in 2001 and since then Samra and family members have been known for their huge selection of penny candy and gourmet pickles.

If you're a pickle lover like myself, you know there is nothing like sinking your teeth into a fresh, crisp, Kosher dill pickle on a stick so you're able to keep your fingers nice and pickle- juice free. Just the sound of that first crunch brings back memories of growing up in upstate New York in the 50s and 60s. My mom and dad were pickle freaks if that's even possible.
