The BEST Pulled-Pork..according to ME!!!
Yes..PamJam cooks…and here is my all-time favorite Pulled-Pork Recipe.
2 DAY BBQ
4-5 pound Pork Roast or Fresh Picnic Ham, 2 onions sliced. 5-6 whole cloves, 2 cups water, and for the Sauce- 1 large onion chopped and your favorite 16oz. bottle BBQ Sauce….Put 1/2 of the sliced onions in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add meat, cloves, water, cover with remaining sliced onions and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. Remove bone from the meat and cut up meat .Drain liquid from crock pot and return the meat. Add in Chopped onions and BBQ sauce ( I like to put back in the cooked Sliced onions also). Cook on LOW 4-8 hours stirring 2-3 times during cooking.
