Earlier this week (July 3), Silver Alerts were issued for two Danbury teenagers that were reported missing for the better part of a full week. Thankfully, one of them has been located.

According to a social media post from the Danbury Police Department, 15-year-old, Kate Rosati of Danbury has been located. Danbury PD Detective Lieutenant Carroccio told me the following:

I was advised by Kate's mom that the media blitz played a key role in her location. Thanks again.

While we're incredibly happy to hear that Kate has made contact with her relatives, the public's assistance is still needed in locating Kate Rosati's friend, 17-year-old Sidra Ramus (Pictured below), as her silver alert is still active.

Sidra, who was believed to be with Rosati, hasn't been heard from yet, may be somewhere in the Waterbury area. Sidra has been listed as a 150lb. white female with shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes, who stands at 5’7”. She was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, white sneakers and was carrying a pink sweater. She has two tattoos -- a baby dragon on her right middle finger and a small "C" on her left wrist.

If you or anyone you know has any information on the possible whereabouts of Sidra Ramus, please contact the Danbury Police Department immediately at 203-797-4614.
