Triathlete Swims Laps in Flood Waters

When life gives you lemons, you go for a swim.

Most of the Northeast has been suffering through a heat wave over the past few weeks. I'd rather deal with that then the horrible floods that have plaguing huge portions of our country. The most recent  on the gulf coast.

In a story from NOLA.com, this Louisiana guy is making the best of floods that hit his state. Turns out that the man, Jo Guidry, is a triathlete from the town of New Iberia, has shared a video of himself swimming laps in a pool of water in a ditch in his front yard. Guidry told NOLA.com about looking on the bright side:

always look for a silver lining! My home was almost flooded but the flood waters have died down.
