Considering that I make a pretty unusual sandwich with my leftover turkey, pizza sounds excellent to me too. Here are the recipes for both.

I am the self proclaimed Queen of the Leftovers. Just ask anyone I go out to eat with. My food is coming home with, and often, so is theirs. I am always thinking about what else I can I turn it into.

So, with that in mind, I was looking around for new ideas for Thanksgiving leftovers when I found this -- Lou would be so happy, since he thinks pizza should be the entire menu for Turkey Day!

Watch this chef use pizza dough, mashed potatoes, gravy, turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce to make Thanksgiving pizza, which he says you can grill or bake between 450 and 500 degrees for about 25 minutes, or according to dough instructions.

Because I know you're dying to know, here's the Pam Jam Special Sandwich. I take onion rye bread, a thick slice of turkey, then smoosh on some stuffing, add a chunk of whole cranberry sauce - and the KEY ingredient - I slather the bread with Aunt Anna's homemade chopped liver. Trust me on this, it's fantastic!
