The 1920's, fondly known as the 'Roaring 20's,' was a wild ride in our country's history.

One of my favorite restaurants, Zaragoza, a tapas bar and restaurant in New Milford is throwing a Roaring 20's New Year's Eve Bash and I'll tell you why. Back in the 20's, our country was all about liberation, fun, and frolic. Americans were actually happy and the younger generation was all about letting their freak-flags fly!

I'll be perfectly honest, I am biased when it comes to this eatery. Yes, my talented singer/songwriter son, Ethan James plays music at Zaragoza's every other Tuesday evening. But that's not the only reason. The food is simply outrageous. Mindy and I have dined there a number of times and honestly, every single menu item we've tried has been wonderful. Couple their great food with a unique craft beer menu, their special selection of signature cocktails, friendly servers, and their tasteful atmosphere and you've got a win-win dining experience.

Ethan James from Ethan Carey's Dance Machine will be spinnin' the tunes for this Roaring 20's Bash and era clothing is encouraged. For all the information about their 'New Year's Eve Prohibition Party,' click on the Zaragoza FB Page or call 860-350-0701 for reservations.
