New England Patriots Are the Super Bowl XLIX Champs
After one of the most interesting Super Bowl games in years, the New England Patriots took home the big win tonight in Phoenix.
Tom Brady and friends took the 28-24 victory over the Seattle Seahawks after a 15-4 football season. Tom also threw for four touchdowns as they battled back from a 10 point deficit at one point in the game.
According to CBS Sports, Tom Brady surpassed Joe Montana's record of 11 Super Bowl touchdown passes with a 5-yarder to Danny Amendola bringing the Patriots within three points of the Hawks. This is the fourth Super Bowl in 13 years for the Pats.
