New Store to Open on Waterbury's West Side

ProFuel on Chase Parkway almost looks ready.

I've been keeping an eye on the new ProFuel convenience store at 999 Chase Parkway in Waterbury, it's located on the old Spartan's site across the street from Spartan's current location. The parking lot is completely paved, the structure is complete and lit, the multiple gas pumps are installed, and it looks like we're within weeks to a month until this place opens up to the public.

I'm sure this ProFuel will be a raging success when it opens. This end of town, and Waterbury as a whole, desperately needs more convenience stores/gas stations. The student population from nearby NVCC, UCONN, Post University, Chase Collegiate, Holy Cross, and West Side Middle Schools alone will keep the coffee and scented wraps flying out the door.
