I know #DeflateGate will be on EVERYONE'S lips, but I've got something better to put in your mouth!

First, let me be honest, I'm a JETS fan so I know my world is sad.

Second - Even if I'm watching the game - I'm mostly interested in the commercials and the FOOD!

Third - To know me is to know I love to cook, and doctor up recipes. So feel free to give this a whirl.

PamJam's Spicy Balls

  • 2 ( 16 oz. ) packages of Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage  ( full disclosure - I use ground pork from the family farm - and I know they'd love your business - but that would require you all taking a road trip...so the Jimmy Dean is an easy substitute! )
  • 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose Bisquick
  • 4 cups shredded cheese ( use what YOU want..but I kick it by shredding Pepper Jack )
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion and a 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic and 2 teaspoons minced jalapenos

Preheat oven to 375. Mix everything up well in a large mixing bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls. This recipe makes about 36 balls.

HINT: I divide it in half as I start and put half of the mixture in the fridge to keep cold- the meat won't stick to your hands as much that way!

Place the balls on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool on sheet for about 5 minutes before you take them off the pan.

You can serve PamJam's Spicy Balls as is...But I like to kick it up a notch with a "sweet twist". I put out a bowl of Hoisin Sauce for dipping the balls in!

So take that #DeflateGate!  Let's EAT... and stare at some mighty fine man ass on the field :)  Not going to lie!
