  • Police are still hoping to locate an Easton couple who have been missing for more than a week. Records indicate that Jeffrey Navin is more than two-millions-dollars in debt over a foreclosure of a Guilford home. The foreclosure has been going on for eight years, and there is no indication at this time that the case is directly linked to their disappearance.
  • Connecticut state employees are launching their annual campaign for charitable giving. The campaign raised more than one-million-dollars for various charities last year. State Comptroller Kevin Lembo says for the first time, Connecticut is offering an online portal where state workers and retirees can easily make donations towards this year's campaign.   • Members of Connecticut's congressional delegation are pledging to help the state improve Metro North's Danbury Line. Senators Blumenthal and Murphy say they are supporting the Connecticut's request for 12-million-dollars in federal funding to pay for improvements. Congressman Jim Himes is also pledging to help.
