Man Hits at Least Eight Parked Cars in Stolen Minivan

At least eight people had some damage done to their parked cars this weekend. Police believe the culprit was a man driving a stolen minivan.

According to the News-Times, Hector Ospina Garcia has been charged with reckless driving, operating without a license, and other related offenses.

On Saturday night, authorities in West Haven received multiple calls about parked cars being hit around the city. Not long after, officers reportedly found Garcia and the stolen minivan.

Garcia is accused of hitting at least eight parked cars while driving the stolen vehicle by the time the officers found him. He is being held in lieu of bail.
