Live Coverage of NASA’s New Horizon Reaches Pluto [VIDEO]

NASA did it again they managed to get us brilliant pictures of a place we can never actually go ourselves.

I am always amazed by what human beings are capable of. This is footage of New Horizon's approach to Pluto courtesy of NASA.

According to their website, the trip took 10 years and spanned 3 billion miles. I know there are people that will say that is a waste of time ... I'm not one of them.

Exploration is essential to survival. This needs to be seen and these things need to be done and hundreds of years from now they will study this in text books.  Well not text books but they will study it or maybe even have the info uploaded into their brains ... either way it is important.

I'm surprised how much it looks like the moon ... ALSO ONCE AND FOR ALL IS IT A PLANET OR NOT?
