Before you go ahead and buy a loved one that small "yip yip" dog for Christmas, please read this post!

According to a study at the University of Sydney in Australia, the smaller a dog is, the more likely he is to be aggressive, wild, noisy, and obsessed with humping various "things". Did we really need a study to confirm these findings? The researchers actually compared it to the Napoleon complex in short men, who tend to be angrier and more aggressive to overcompensate for their shortness. To be fair, the leg humping is true across all breeds of dogs. For example, the smallest Great Dane is more likely to go to town on your leg than the biggest Great Dane and the smallest Teacup Poodle is more likely to have its way with your ankle than a larger poodle. If you're into having your leg humped, sit back, enjoy, and remember that practicing moderation, when it comes to this type of vigorous activity, is strongly recommended. From the Carey family to yours, Merry Christmas and here's hoping you have a Happy, Healthy, and Prosperous New Year!
