Latin-American Food at Sweet n’ Salado in Bethel

Sweet n' Salado in Bethel Connecticut recently tickled my taste buds. Now, I can tickle yours the week of May 23.

Food with a twist can be found at Sweet n' Salado on Greenwood Avenue in Bethel. As I said, they tickle your taste buds with Latin American cuisine from Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and a touch of American cuisine can be found on their menu at sweetnsalado.com

After taking a look, I decided to go with a burrito. While they aren't normally my first choice, I was intrigued by the California Style. What got my attention was the fact that instead of beans and rice, it's stuffed with french fries! I had mine spicy with steak, it also came with plantain and tortilla chips and an awesome dipping sauce. I got a side of the potatoes Latin style, and the sauce the come in was incredible. Yes, I was on a carb high.
