Police: Fatal Accident Reported on Route 7 in Brookfield Heading Towards I-84

UPDATE: The Connecticut State police have reported that this accident was indeed fatal.

Not much information about the driver or the accident has been released, except the fact that the vehicle rolled over into the wooded area right near the Federal Road exit on Super 7. State Police say the accident occurred just before 4:00 AM on Tuesday (Nov. 8)

There is a large police presence. There are probably 10-12 cop cars and at least 5 fire trucks.

I just called the CT State Police who informed me the road is now open but it's down to one lane between exits 12 and 11. There is according to the police an ongoing investigation into a traffic accident off the side of the road on Super 7.
