CT Wing Fest opens its doors on Saturday at 5pm at The Matrix with over 15 restaurants vying for the title of "The King of the Wings!" There will be two "People's Choice" trophies awarded, one for "The Hottest Wings" and the other for "The Best Overall Wings." Ethan's five "expert" judges will award "The Jim Clarke Memorial "King of the Wings Trophy" to the vendor, who they believe has gone above and beyond the call of the sauce!
