It’s American #CraftBeerWeek – Let’s Party at the Brews and BBQ Festival

American Craft Beer Week is underway May 11-17 and i95 planned a PARTY to celebrate Brews & BBQ Festival.

I'm anxiously checking the days off the calendar to May 16 and the chance to party with the coolest peeps around! The i95 listener family is awesome and Ives Concert Park in Danbury will be THE spot this weekend.

And while we're busy getting crafty, and then some with you (I mean there will also be Bud & Bud Light!) you might want the lowdown back story on the concept behind the week long celebration.

Did I mention scoop? Check this tid-bit out! Ice Cream icons Ben & Jerry's is teaming up with New Belgium Brewing Company ( click on the link to go to their website ) out of Colorado to create a craft beer called SALTED CARAMEL BROWNIE BROWN ALE which should be on shelves this Fall.

I'm feeling the need right now for a pint  of Salted Caramel Brownie ice cream so I can wash it down with a pint of Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale. Hey, what is life if you can't indulge in the occasional over board, well, indulgence!

Speaking of indulgence - the i95 BREWS & BBQ FEST is not only going to be chock full of great beer. The day and nights musical line up is top notch. You can get your groove on with our headliners, the amazing Robert Randolph and the Family Band.

But don't forget that we have the equally amazing Nashville Drive and also The Trolls taking the stage to keep your body moving.

And the food...my god man...THE FOOD!

BBQ and much more to keep you sated throughout the day and night! Good thing the music will keep your body moving! So, the clock is ticking off to the second i95 / Stop & Shop Brews and BBQ Fest.
