I don't think I am going out on a limb by saying that most Americans are simply not prepared to be mauled by a bear.

I just don't think most of us are equipped for such a horrific and traumatic event. One Montana man was. According to Fox News, 50-year-old Todd Orr of Montana was attacked twice by the same Grizzly Bear on Saturday. Todd was a little two close to the Bear's cubs and was attacked from, as he describes it, 80 yards away. He even has video of his injuries, because this "Man's Man" filmed himself on Facebook live, moments after the attack. Here's the video, NSFW, being that his injuries are pretty gruesome:

Here is the deal: It is time to get prepped for these bears. They are not playing around. The bear noticed him from 80 yards away, and he did not stand a chance to get away. That means that even the worlds fastest athletes would be taken down, and hard.

This guy had bear mace, and it probably saved his life. So, where is your bear game lacking? Mine is in trouble across the board. Not for long, though. From here on out, I am packing bear mace, knives, noise machines, flash lights, and I am wearing full body armor. If I have to go to the grocery store, that is how I am going to roll from now on. Meditate on that.
