On Saturday, June 11, from 3 PM until 9 PM, I-95 presents, The International Beer and Food Festival on the Danbury CityCenter Green.

This week at 8:45am, on the Ethan and Lou Show, some of the restaurants representing The International Beer and Food Fest will be stopping by with samples of their country's signature foods. On Monday, Lou and I got to chat with the owners of Lebanese Cuisine in Bethel while taste testing some Falafel Balls and Baba Ghanouj. The Falafel Balls are Lou's favorites!

Other vendors stopping by The Ethan and Lou Show this week are Ace Endico, a company that prides itself on the distribution of fine foods from around the world, Mima's Meatballs & More stops by on Wednesday morning, featuring mouth watering hand made meatballs, and Gallucci's Catering, who'll be stopping by our live CityCenter Danbury show on Friday with some authentic Italian delicacies.

I would strongly recommend you join Lou and I at the amazing International Beer and Food Festival this Saturday on the Green in downtown Danbury. If for nothing else, then come for the beer. My God, the beer.

Here's just a sample of the beers available this Saturday: Dos Equis, Harp, Hoegaarden, Old Speckled Hen, and Peroni. And the music, my God, the music:

The Mighty Ploughboys, steel drum music from Silver Steel, latin and Brazilian music from Goza, and reggae from Black Rock Social.

Come on down and celebrate Danbury's diversity at The International Beer & Food Festival.

Listen to Ethan Carey on the Ethan & Lou Show weekdays from 5:30-10AM on 95.1 FM. You can listen online at i95rock.com/listen-live/ or by downloading the radioPupapp for your mobile device.
