You never touch my radio. Not EVER, not once. I am not only on the radio, but I am a radio fan.

When I am not listening to I-95, I listen to talk radio. Sports talk, political talk, whatever. Nothing relaxes me more than a long drive alone in the car, listening to the radio. I am a student of my own game. Even before I was in radio, I listened and listened close.

Now, if I do not happen to be alone in the car, your interests are irrelevant to me. If you think listening to I-95, sports talk, news or politics is boring, then get in another car. Car travel can be frustrating or even downright boring. If you, however, have a show or a station that makes that travel tolerable than that cannot be disturbed by the whims of your passenger.

There is only one thing worse than a passenger that believes it is OK for them to touch the radio and that is having a vehicle with no or a broken radio. Intolerable I tell you. I once almost quit a job over this. My work truck had a broken radio. I put up with it for a week. I finally told him to get the radio fixed or start looking for my replacement. Needless to say, he got it fixed. I was a cherished member of the staff.

Do you have a station or a show that makes your commute better? Do you have a station or a show that keeps you from losing your mind? If you're asking if I am fishing for compliments, the answer would be yes, by the way.
