This blog is not meant to attack our Constitution or our rights as Americans. I, like millions of other Americans, play "arm-chair President" every day as it pertains to the important issues our nation faces. like racism for example.

I can't wrap my head around the concept of "racism." I can't wrap my head around how an individual grows up with such an intense hatred of fellow humans who are a different color and then feels the need to murder them.

Is racism learned by one's upbringing? Is it learned through the friends they hung out with as they grow up?

What is wrong with us?! How do we make it stop? Maybe the question is "Can we ever make it stop?"

What are the causes of this mind-boggling, "If you don't believe what I believe, I'm going to kill you" mentality? To say it is "overwhelming" is an understatement!

I can't help but think that God is looking down on the world and thinking, "If this terror and madness continues, I'm going to have to re-boot."

It's not up to God, it's up to us to utilize the tools that He gave us, and in my humble opinion, the world is doing an amazingly shitty job working those tools. This is why I'm afraid for the future of my kids and my grandkids.
