I'm Going to Co-Host the Women's Center of Greater Danbury's Annual Gala to Help Fight Domestic Violence

For the last 40 years the Women's Center of Greater Danbury has had one core objective, to end the violence against women, men, and children.

The Women's Center provides prevention, crisis intervention, and support services as it relates to domestic violence and sexual assault. Because they are a non-profit and offer all their services free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, they must depend on donor contributions.

This Friday, April 7, the Women's Center of Greater Danbury presents their Annual Gala and major fundraiser titled An Evening Together at the Amber Room Colannade beginning at 6pm. This year I've been given the honor of co-hosting this fabulous event with my good friend, Allison Stockell, the Executive Director of the Ridgefield Playhouse. This year's Gala will be honoring local law enforcement for their partnership in the 13 towns the Women's Center serves. Here are some of the mighty fine items up for bid during both the silent and live auctions.
