I would assume that everyone has their own unique approach of unwinding after a tough week on the job. I would imagine some dive into a bottle of Jack Daniels, while others enjoy sitting around the campfire singing some old favorites with the family, while others take great pleasure in plopping themselves in front of the TV with a couple of Stouffer's french bread pizzas.

After spending 20 hours behind a hot sweaty microphone while listening to my morning show partner dole out words of wisdom such as, "Guns out, buns out," "I'll bring along the chicks and chips," "I always like to trim up the dining and entertainment district," and "I'm in there like swim wear," -  I like to unwind by finding a vacant production studio, closing the door, and yelling at the top of my lungs, "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!"

My stress buster is to invite some friends out on the pontoon with Mindy and I, pack up some beers and sandwiches and head out onto Candlewood Lake for a sunset cruise. It never gets old and it always works!

Driving is another one of my stress busters. preferably alone. I'll crank up some James Taylor, Eddie From Ohio, Steely Dan, CSN, Cat Stevens, and Beatles to ear deafening volume so I can't hear myself singing along. No "power chords"  for this wimpy music listener. Hey, here's a quick stress quiz.
