An easy way to make a difference this winter is to take 10 minutes and go through your closet. Coats For Connecticut is asking for your help to keep people warm this winter.

Even though we live in one of the most affluent areas in the United States, it doesn't mean that everyone is getting enough to eat and have access to warm clothing during these New England winters. Please drop off gently used winter coats or any used clothing to any Best Cleaners. They will clean and drop off any donated items to the Salvation army.

Keep in mind that during the winter months, there are three homeless shelters in Danbury alone. There are several Danbury area locations accepting your used winter clothing. To find out where to donate, e-mail info@coatsforct.org or call 1-888-950-BEST.
