Well then, YOU are NOT alone! April is National Stress Awareness Month. Here's some tips to help you cope.

First of all, in some cases stress can be a good thing that helps us perform better. Frankly I always did better when I left that school project to the very last minute. But after awhile things like that do "eat your guts out" ( as mom used to say! ).

In the long run though STRESS is so bad for your health, causing headaches, fitful sleeping, stomach churning and even weakened immune systems! Yes it comes as no surprise to ME that I've been sick on and off for the last month.
